Booking Terms & Conditions
Client means the person(s) making a booking.
PTL means PTL Tourism Transport (ptltourism.com).
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices may vary due to fuel costs, taxes, or market conditions without prior notice.
General Conditions
AC will not operate in hill areas. No claims will be entertained for the same.
Booking is confirmed only after advance payment. Without advance, rates may change, and booking will not be treated as confirmed.
Toll, parking, driver allowance, state tax, and government charges are extra.
Payment Terms
One-way Trip: 25% advance, 75% on reporting.
Round Trip: 25% advance, 50% on reporting, balance 25% before return journey.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling is allowed only if a new booking is available and advance is paid. Otherwise, cancellation rules apply.
Fare difference between old and new booking applies.
Charges:
Till 3 days before departure: NIL
1–3 days before: 5%
24–6 hrs before: 15%
Less than 6 hrs: 25%
Cancellation Policy
Till 7 days before departure: 5% of package cost
3–7 days before departure: 10%
1–3 days before departure: 20%
Less than 24 hrs: 25%
Cancellation charges are calculated on total package cost, not just the advance.
Liability & Safety
PTL is not responsible for loss of baggage, valuables, or personal belongings.
Clients are liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or misconduct.
Drivers must follow specific rest and driving hour rules; clients must adhere to schedules.
PTL is not liable for delays, sickness, accidents, natural calamities, or force majeure situations.
Participation in activities (boat rides, adventure sports, etc.) is at client’s own risk.
Privacy & Data Collection
When registering or submitting information, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details. PTL may collect technical data (IP address, browser type, date/time, pages visited) to improve user experience but does not sell or rent personal data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PTL does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site. PTL is not liable for damages including (but not limited to) personal injury, lost data, or business interruption caused by use of the Site.
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Indian Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
